Smooth 5.65

Smooth 5.65
More reviews and details : j.mp Customer Reviews: "I did a lot of research before I bought this Smooth Fitness 5.65 treadmill, and it paid off. The Smooth Fitness warranty is the best around and includes lifetime on the frame and motor, 4 years parts and electronics, and 2 years of in home service. Smooth has free curb side delivery too. The run/walk surface is six inches longer than any other treadmill I looked at, so you always feel like there's plenty of room. Built in speakers for my MP3 player and a two speed fan are big pluses. The display is comprehensive, and easy to navigate and understand at a glance. Speed and incline can be changed quickly from the side hand rails, or the dash board. The Smooth Fitness 5.65 has 40 built in programs that automatically change the speed and incline of your workout (but speed and incline can also be changed manually at any time). Heart rate is checked from the 2 hand grips on the forward hand rail or from a wireless heart rate monito! r chest strap and the programming can change the workout according to heart rate. The Smooth 5.65 also has a program that measures the fitness level for two users, and the ability to create our own programed workouts so my wife and I each have our own routines programed in under user 1 and user 2. A few final things I want to mention about the Smooth Fitness 5.65 treadmill might seem small but mean a lot to me. I'm a big guy - 230.lbs - my Smooth 5.65 takes a pounding 4 days a week. It is rock solid ...

Jesse Bolt - When Hell Freezes Over

Jesse Bolt - When Hell Freezes Over
Performing their original song "When Hell Freezes Over" at The Ponderosa in Rock Hill, South Carolina on Saturday March 24, 2012. From North Carolina, Jesse Bolt formed in 1974. The band was a popular hard rock attraction touring the competitive eastern seaboard club circuit from 1975 through 1981. They took a step out of the scene for six years and reunited again in 1987. They were going to name the band BOLT, but at the time, two word names were popular; such as Alice Cooper, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Lynyrd Skynyrd etc. Therefore they searched for a tough sounding name and liked the sound of Jesse, similar to Jesse James who was known as an American gunslinger. So they put the two names together and came up with Jesse Bolt. Their current lineup features three original members: Keith Stacy, rhythm guitar; Don Stacy, lead guitar and Craig Hatley, bass guitar. Newer members include Jeff Berry, lead guitar; Gregg Berry, drums and Scott Board, lead vocals. Jesse Bolt's straig! ht forward 70s sound drew on classic British hard rock and emerging metal, but an upstart American edge set them apart. High voltage rock and roll blasted Jesse Bolt into the spotlight boosted further by equally high profile gigs with the headlining recording acts including AC/DC, 38 Special, Molly Hatchet, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, KISS on their legendary Destroyer tour and supporting U2's debut US performance at The Ritz in New York City. Keith Stacy cited his original influences as Jethro Tull ...
